Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon
Yield: 4 Servings
Prep: 8 minutes | Cook: 10 minutes
Total Time: 18 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets, 6 ounces each
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon smoked or regular paprika
- ¼ teaspoon blackening seasoning, optional
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup honey
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Step 1
Dry the salmon and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and optional blackening seasoning. Position the oven rack in the middle and preheat the broiler.
Step 2
Heat butter and oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, honey, water, soy sauce, sriracha, and lemon juice; stir for about 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add salmon skin-side down. Cook for 3 minutes, repeatedly spooning sauce over the fillets.
Step 4
Broil for approximately 5–6 minutes, basting once, until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze caramelizes. Watch closely to prevent scorching.
