Whipped Ricotta Dip

  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta
  • 2 Tbsp fresh mint, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional, red chili flakes to taste
  • 1 Baguette, sliced


  1. Place the ricotta in a mixing bowl or stand mixer and whisk or beat for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy. It's perfectly fine if there are still small bumps of ricotta. Spread the whipped ricotta into your serving bowl
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mint, parsley, lemon zest, olive oil, honey, salt, and chili flakes
  3. Drizzle the herb and honey mix onto the whipped ricotta and top with freshly cracked black pepper
  4. Serve with crostini, crackers, or veggies


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spread the baguette slices on a baking sheet
  2. brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  3. Toast in oven 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through
