Wine Club FAQ
When will my credit card be charged?
The credit card on file will be billed twice a year at the time specified in the email for the wine, including applicable state sales tax.
How will I know when and how much my credit card will be charged?
You will receive an email from us a few weeks before each shipment detailing the wines in your shipment, the expected ship date, and the total amount and date that your card will be charged.
How will I know when my wine will arrive?
You’ll receive the shipment and tracking information via email once your wine has shipped.
What if the shipping date doesn’t work for me or I need to update my address?
If our shipping window will not work with your schedule, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to make other arrangements. Any special requests must be coordinated PRIOR TO the shipment date.
Do I pay for shipping?
Yes, tax and shipping will be charged in addition to the cost of the wine.
What happens if my wine shipment is sent back?
Our delivery service will make three delivery attempts. An adult over the age of 21 must be present to sign for the delivery. If the wine is returned to us we will reship it to you but you will be responsible for all associated fees including the return fee and the reshipment fee. We suggest that you provide an address that will assure you receive the delivery, such as a place of business, with someone over the age of 21 present to sign for your order.
What if I end up with a corked or damaged bottle?
In the unlikely event that a bottle arrives damaged or corked, notify us as soon as possible and we will replace the damaged merchandise.
Can I choose to pick up my wine instead of having it shipped?
Yes you can! You can arrange to pick up your wine at Copper Peak Logistics located at 5555 Broadway street American Canyon CA. There is a $10 packaging and handling fee for this option.
What address should I use for shipping?
We suggest that you provide an address that will guarantee you receive the delivery, such as a place of business, with someone over the age of 21 present to sign for your order.
How do I claim my allocation of exclusive wines?
Allocation offerings will be sent as an email with ordering instructions and a deadline to guarantee your allocation. Allocation requests made after the guarantee deadline will still be considered priority, however, they will be subject to availability based on other orders completed. Some clubs automatically receive some exclusive wines as part of their shipments, but all clubs can purchase additional bottles.
Are there any requirements that I should know about?
Yes, all members must be 21 years old and an adult signature is required upon delivery.
How long does my membership last?
Your membership is ongoing until canceled. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting email@example.com. However, cancellations made after the shipment date will take effect for the following club order.
Can I make changes to my wine club account?
Absolutely. Simply log into your Kerr Cellars account using the account icon in the upper right corner of the website. You can change your shipping and billing information here.
